Dr. Walter R. McCollum is an accomplished organizational development expert with 20 years experience in government and private industry. Dr. McCollum is ISO 9001 Certified, CMMI trained and has published the books “Process Improvement in Quality Management Systems: Case Study of Carnegie Mellon’s Capability Maturity Model” and “Applied Change Management: Approaches to Organizational Change and Transformation.”   He is a Registered Organizational Development Consultant of the Organizational Development Institute and holds a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Change.
